We welcome teams from all over Aotearoa to participate in this event held in our stunning playground nestled in the Kaipara region, which includes both the Mangawhai estuary and for those feeling adventurous, across the bar and along the Mangawhai Heads surf beach into the expansive Bream Bay area.

Our race weekend offers a variety of competitions for all levels of paddlers and provides a warmup opportunity before the Long Distance Nationals event in Wellington. The event is a full day of fun racing, spot prizes and prize giving.
We welcome you and your whānau to join us for this event.

Nau mai, haere mai ki tēnei kaupapa whakahirahira!
